Log in at my.bigcartel.com.
Go to Account.
Click Edit preferences.
Toggle on the Email me when I receive a new order option and click Save.
Get notified about orders

Make sure you never miss an order by dialing in your notification settings.
By email 📧
Get an email for each order, whether it went through theStripe or the PayPal checkout, including what the customer bought, their shipping address and contact details.
In your admin 🖥️
Look out for the green dot on the Orders icon in your desktop or mobile admins. This means there are new orders to view!
On your iPhone or iPad 📱
Use the Big Cartel iOS app to get push notifications for every order your receive.
Look for the badge count on the iOS app icon on your iPhone or iPad to see a quick tally of every unshipped order.
