Edit customer information

We're all human, and humans sometimes make mistakes. If a customer reaches out to you because they accidentally messed up their shipping or contact details, don't worry - you can fix it easily.


  1. Log in at my.bigcartel.com.

  2. Go to Orders.

  3. Click on the order you want to edit.

  4. Click Edit customer information and make any changes.

  5. Click Save. Your customer's details will be updated, and you'll see a record of the changes in the order's Activity at the bottom of the page.
