Edit customer information
We're all human, and humans sometimes make mistakes. If a customer reaches out to you because they accidentally messed up their shipping or contact details, don't worry - you can fix it easily.
Steps
- Log in at app.bigcartel.com
- Go to Orders.
- Click on the order you’d like to edit.
- Click Edit details in the customer info section on the right side of the page.
- Make your edits and click Save. Your customer's details will be updated, and you'll see a record of the changes in the order's Activity at the bottom of the page.
