Edit customer information

We're all human, and humans sometimes make mistakes. If a customer reaches out to you because they accidentally messed up their shipping or contact details, don't worry - you can fix it easily.

Steps

  1. Log in at app.bigcartel.com
  2. Go to Orders.
  3. Click on the order you’d like to edit.
  4. Click Edit details in the customer info section on the right side of the page.
  5. Make your edits and click Save. Your customer's details will be updated, and you'll see a record of the changes in the order's Activity at the bottom of the page.
