Add notes to an order

Use this handy feature to quickly make note of anything you want to remember about an order.

For example, you maybe want to:

  • make note of a special request

  • that you sent a partial refund due to a shipping delay

  • or even that you included extra confetti in a package 🎊

Order notes are for your own record-keeping and won't be seen by your customers.

  1. Log in at

  2. Go to Orders.

  3. Click on an order you want to add a note to.

  4. Click Add note to self +.

  5. Type your note and click Save. A record will appear in the order's Activity.
