Getting Started with DSers
Navigate to Sales Channels:
- Log in to your Big Cartel admin
- Go to your Account page
- Select Sales Channels
- Click on DSers
Connect Your Accounts:
- Click Get Started on the DSers app page
- Follow the connection wizard to authorize the integration
- Select or create your DSers account
- Complete any verification steps required
Start Importing Products:
- Once connected, you can begin browsing products through the DSers dashboard
- Select products you wish to sell and import them to your Big Cartel shop

Set a rule once in DSers → Settings → Pricing Rules—all future imports inherit it.

Overseas shipping usually lands in 8–20 business days. Choose a premium line such as AliExpress Standard or e‑Packet when placing the supplier order.
Q. When will tracking numbers appear in Big Cartel?
After the supplier adds tracking, DSers syncs it to your shop within about an hour.
Q. What if a product is out of stock?
Remap the SKU to a new supplier or refund the buyer.
Q. Who handles returns and refunds?
You own the refund to the customer. Many dropshippers refund without requiring a return because international postage is costly—state this in your policy.
