View your billing info and history
Review the history of your payments to Big Cartel, generate and print invoices of those payments, and see the billing method on file for your subscription.
Steps
- Log in at app.bigcartel.com
- Scroll down on the left side click on the three dots next to Online Store go to Account.
- Choose Plans and Billing
- View your current billing method at the top, and see plan changes and past payments in the Shop history area.
- Click on any Payment received link to generate a printable invoice of that month's subscription payment.
