Plans changed? Change plans! We've made it simple to upgrade or downgrade at any time, from the Billing page in your admin, without penalties or sketchy cancellation fees.
By the way, did you know all upgraded plans include access to all of our premium features? It's true! If you're on the free plan right now and really want to see what Big Cartel can do, try out an upgrade.
Important for Annual Plan Sellers
If you're on an annual plan, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel and receive a refund. After that, you're committed for the full year — even if you downgrade.
We recommend reviewing your plan and needs carefully within this window.
You have the flexibility to change your plan at any time during your subscription. Upgrading or switching from a monthly to annual billing cycle takes effect immediately. Downgrading or canceling your plan will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
When downgrading, any premium features you had will disappear - like additional products and custom HTML.
Card declined, and not sure why? Your best bet will be to get in touch with your card issuer or bank to see if they've flagged the payment on their end, and ask them to let it through. If that doesn't do the trick we recommend trying a different payment method.
Steps
- Log in at app.bigcartel.com.
- Click the three-dot menu next to your shop name in the bottom left corner.
- Select Account settings.
- Click Plan & billing, click Change plan.
- Select Upgrade or Downgrade button on the plan you want to use, follow the prompted steps, and you're set!
