Download order data
We know how important it is to have access to your shop’s order details. Whether you need this information for taxes, order processing, or personal records, you can easily export your orders when needed. Once you download your order CSV file directly from your admin panel, open it in an app like Numbers, Google Sheets, or Excel—then sort, filter, and create charts and graphs to your heart's content.
Your Orders section is divided into the following tabs: Unshipped, Partially Shipped, Shipped, and All Orders. You can download orders from each individual tab or choose All Orders to export everything at once. You also have the option to select specific orders and export only those.
Steps
- Log in at app.bigcartel.com.
- Navigate to the Orders page.
- Choose the order view you want to export:
- Unshipped
- Partially Shipped
- Shipped
- All Orders
Or manually select specific orders using the checkboxes. - Click the Export orders button to download the CSV file.
