Download order data

We know how important it is to have access to your shop’s order details. Whether you need this information for taxes, order processing, or personal records, you can easily export your orders when needed. Once you download your order CSV file directly from your admin panel, open it in an app like Numbers, Google Sheets, or Excel—then sort, filter, and create charts and graphs to your heart's content.

Your Orders section is divided into the following tabs: Unshipped, Partially Shipped, Shipped, and All Orders. You can download orders from each individual tab or choose All Orders to export everything at once. You also have the option to select specific orders and export only those.

Steps

  1. Log in at app.bigcartel.com.
  2. Head to the Orders page.
  3. Select Unshipped, Partially Shipped, Shipped, or All Orders—depending on which order information you'd like to download.
  4. Click the checkbox next to Date to select all orders in the view.
  5. A panel showing your selected orders will appear. Click the three-dot menu in that panel and select Export orders.
