Setup

1. Sign into Big Cartel, and go to Apps, then click on Chaty.
2. Tap on App to your shop to start the setup process.
3. If you don't already have an account, a new Chaty account will automatically be created for you.
4. Click Create your Widget in Chaty. Select your preferred chat app for the widget. Fill in details (WhatsApp number, email address, phone number, etc). Click Next.
5. Customize your widget’s appearance, dispaly triggers and other preferences. Click Next.
6. Click Save Widget to publish on your shop.
7. The Chaty widget will be visible on your shop!
