Its easy setup process allows you to install a chat button on your BigCartel store, giving customers a fast, easy way to get in touch. You'll be able to quickly respond to customer queries, save costs, build rapport, reduce repetitions, boost sales, generate more leads, increase client satisfaction, and provide better customer service.

  1. After installing the app, a free Chaty account will be created automatically for you.

  2. Click Create your Widget. Select your preferred channels for the widget. Fill in details (WhatsApp number, email address, phone number, etc). Click Next.

  3. Customize your widget’s appearance (style, colors, icons, and effects). Click Next.

  4. Set display triggers and targeting rules.

  5. Click Save Widget to publish on your store.

  6. Please go to the Chaty dashboard, click on the Installation code button and copy the code and paste it into the head section Design > Code > Intergration code > Head in your Big Cartel admin pane, and click on the "Publish" button.

  7. The Chaty widget will be visible on your website
