This roundup features the shops with the pops, the goods that could, the vendors with the most splendor, and the stores with just that little bit more.
What we love: One of the treats of browsing through our community is discovering shops delighting niche markets we didn't even know existed. Take Wedgie, for example. Wedgie creates hand-painted door stops that add crafty character to a pretty mundane piece of hardware. Even better, they're part of a wonderful scheme to support the people of Sri Lanka.
What we love: Holden Mesk leveled us all with this video celebrating his new store. Rich with genius details, it's worth several sessions of repeated views. His shop has a colorful mix of prints, stickers, pins, and other bits and bobs. We're thrilled to have Holden on board.
What we love: Among the many ways great stores get on our radar, Turd Circus was spotted by Max, one of our developers, while working with our Support team. News of Turd Circus quickly spread. We love the name, the humor, and killer design execution of their products. Just don't eat the peanuts.
What we love: Stephanie, Big Cartel's office Manager, hipped us to illustrator, graphic designer, printmaker, and author Paul Farrell. His shop has an awesome collection of cards and prints, and if that wasn't enough, he's also the author of Great Britain in Colour. The book celebrates familiar, iconic British landmarks and hidden gems; Paul creates a unified celebration of Britain with his inimitable, vibrant style.
What we love: Send More Mail sells vintage, unused American and Canadian postage stamps. Pick from a mix of themed packs or one of their surprise packs and you'll have an awesome extra detail to make the stamp on your postcards and letters as special as its contents.
